MKG were one of a number of installers refered to me by SolarQuotes. My installation was slightly more complex than average, which seemed to deter some of the others, but MKG were excellent. Brittany's technical knowledge and willingness to engage in finding solutions inspired confidence. They quoted a reasonable price and kept me informed as the project progressed. The installation team were equally professional and took particular care to make everything as neat as possible, as the batteries were in full view of the living areas of my house. After the install they monitored the battery and followed up with calls to make sure everything was going smoothly. Very impressive and highly recommended.

I don't usually write reviews, but really wanted to acknowledge the positive experience we had. We engaged MKG Electrical for our 48 kWh Sigenergy solar battery installation along with a switchboard upgrade. From the start, Ryan and Luke did the initial assessment and made sure the new battery setup would properly integrate with our existing solar PV array, which gave us real confidence. Brittany and Alicia were excellent to deal with - couldn't be happier with their communication and personal service. They were very prompt, organised, and easy to communicate with throughout. We compared a few quotes, and MKG’s pricing was fair and transparent. Everything was clearly explained, with no surprises. We had a few delays on our side to start the job, but the team was very understanding and flexible. Mason and the team completed the entire installation within two days, including the panel/battery installations and switchboard upgrade - quick, efficient and very tidy. That level of planning, coordination, and responsiveness is honestly quite rare to find in the industry these days. Mason and Blake also took the time to patiently explain everything to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it felt like a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly. We did our own due diligence and compared a few quotes, and we're really happy with how it all turned out. Would definitely recommend MKG Electrical for solar, battery, and other electrical work.

Couldn't be happier with the personal service Brittany from MKG Electrical gave us before and after the installation. Then there were the 3 gentlemen that installed our 24 kw Sig energy battery, they worked consistently the whole time they were here and answered all our questions and also set up our app on our phone. Great service, competitive price for such a quality product, would definitely recommend this company.
