I don't usually write reviews, but really wanted to acknowledge the positive experience we had.

We engaged MKG Electrical for our 48 kWh Sigenergy solar battery installation along with a switchboard upgrade. From the start, Ryan and Luke did the initial assessment and made sure the new battery setup would properly integrate with our existing solar PV array, which gave us real confidence.

Brittany and Alicia were excellent to deal with - couldn't be happier with their communication and personal service. They were very prompt, organised, and easy to communicate with throughout. We compared a few quotes, and MKG’s pricing was fair and transparent. Everything was clearly explained, with no surprises. We had a few delays on our side to start the job, but the team was very understanding and flexible. Mason and the team completed the entire installation within two days, including the panel/battery installations and switchboard upgrade - quick, efficient and very tidy. That level of planning, coordination, and responsiveness is honestly quite rare to find in the industry these days. Mason and Blake also took the time to patiently explain everything to us, which we really appreciated.

Overall, it felt like a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly. We did our own due diligence and compared a few quotes, and we're really happy with how it all turned out. Would definitely recommend MKG Electrical for solar, battery, and other electrical work.

Then there were the 3 gentlemen that installed our 24 kw Sig energy battery, they worked consistently the whole time they were here and answered all our questions and also set up our app on our phone. Job well done

MKG recently installed a new solar system of 24 PV panels (11.4kw) and a 24kw battery to our home. From the first meeting to discuss the installation to the actual installation of the system by their staff, the experience has been extremely positive. Sales staff were very informative and helpful and kept us informed about every step along the way. The technicians who installed the system were very professional and courteous and made us feel very confident in our selection of MKG Electrical to install our new solar system from the quotes we received. Brittany, Alicia, Jacob and the MKG team..provided top class service and guidance through out the sales and installation process, infact they went out of their way even to install the shade cover for the battery as part of the service. It was a pleasure dealing with MKG Electrical at all levels ... The Salesperson (Ryan) was great and patient in explaining the whole process; The Office staff Brittney and Alica and Pat always accommodating; The technicians were punctual, professional and easily communicated any concerns that were raised.

System is working as per specification and includes a battery bank, Green Patch (Hot water supply energy management system) and a full backup system/ fail over system in the event of a blackout. All Test successfully.

Will definitely use MKG for any future additions to the current system.
